Rotary Brockville members were pleased to have the opportunity recently to tour Canarm. At the outset, in opening remarks by members of the Canarm Leadership Team, the two organizations recognize that they share a lot of common values that drive organizational success. Canarm is built on a philosophy of supporting quality products with outstanding customer service. The company's core values prioritize continuous improvement, cost leadership, equitable treatment of stakeholders, and integrity across all relationships. In addition, Canarm places a strong emphasis on its workforce, attributing its success to the dedication and experience of its long-serving team members. In particular, extensive community involvement and mutual success for employees, suppliers, and customers also heavily shape their approach to doing business.
Following a luncheon, Rotary Brockville members were provided with guided tours to see and learn more about the manufacturing processes and production quality initiatives utilized at Canarm on a daily basis.
Rotary Brockville appreciates the opportunity to learn more about Canarm which has grown from a small sheet metal shop start up in 1963 into a trusted global partner for the industries they supply.
